Biographie

I have more than 20 years' experience in corporate finance, leading the industrial sector in the German-speaking region. In this diversified industry no transaction is the same. The connection with the automotive industry is very tight, interlinked with logistics chains, industrial services and the dominating electronics sub-sector. Digitisation, IoT and AI are combining to create new megatrends influencing the sector. More than 50 industrial professionals advise our clients internationally, having deep sub-sector know-how and access to global players and mid-sized companies in the industrial regions worldwide.

Family businesses, corporates and private equity firms are among my regular clients, for whom I find tailored and best-possible solutions in the DACH region, thanks to well-established and excellent connections, especially in Asia and the US. My area of responsibility also includes the leadership of the international special situations division for Clearwater.

My qualifications include a degree in Business Administration from the University of Frankfurt am Main with prior training as an Industrial Clerk at HOECHST AG. Before joining Clearwater Germany as a founding member, I worked for Arthur Andersen in Frankfurt am Main.
