Biographie
I am a Director in the TMT team based in London. I have extensive experience advising entrepreneurs, institutional shareholders, corporates and management teams on transactions across tech services, software and media services.
Over the past ten years, I have advised on 30+
transactions, with notable recent highlights including the investment in 101
Ways from GCP, the sale of ContentCal to Adobe Inc., the sale of Infinity Works
to Accenture, and the sale of CloudShift to Globant.
I am proud of Clearwater’s reputation of delivering
great outcomes for its clients, and feel fortunate to be part of a
market-leading team in a sector that I am deeply passionate about. One of the
most rewarding aspects of my role is building strong, lasting relationships
with my clients, who are often inspiring and passionate individuals in their
own right.
