Henrik Jakobsson

Biographie

I joined Clearwater in 2013 and am now a Director in the Swedish office.

Prior to Clearwater, I worked within the M&A team at KPMG Corporate Finance for a number of years. I also have previous experience from the investment banking departments at SEB and Nordea, as well as an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. I joined Clearwater International as it provided an opportunity to work with an independent, driven, and professional team with a clear focus on providing the best solution for its clients. M&A is a truly exciting and rewarding field as every transaction process poses unique challenges, with Clearwater providing the best platform to successfully handle these challenges.

In recent years, I have worked with numerous transactions in sectors such as consumer and e-commerce, IT- and management consulting, industrial services, transportation & logistics as well as industrial products. I have advised on the sell-side with entrepreneurial founders as well as institutional clients and international corporate clients.
