Giorgio Zucchetti

Biographie

I joined Clearwater International in April 2023, as an Associate Director.

Prior to this, I spent four years at KPMG in the Consumer Industrial Market (CIM) team, advising several cross-border M&A buy-side and sell-side transactions, on behalf of strategic players and financial sponsors. I have also worked for La Compagnia Finanziaria, an Italian-based consultancy firm, advising corporate-level management in drafting business plans, valuations, and supporting M&A sell-side deals.

I graduated in Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. During my degree, I also attended the School of Business and Economics at Maastricht University.
