Bertolt Mueller

Biographie

As a member of the German management team, I have been responsible for the Energy & Utilities sector at Clearwater International since 2022.

Since joining Dresdner Kleinwort in 1999, until the end of 2010, and during my seven years at KPMG, I have worked almost exclusively on transactions in the energy industry, both on the buy and sell-side, and have also advised on a large number of IPOs and capital increases.

Prior to joining Clearwater, I was Head of M&A at MVV Energie AG and therefore I have experienced the challenges of the energy transition first-hand and can thus contribute decisively to the successful implementation of transactions.

After my banking apprenticeship at Dresdner Bank, I studied at the University of Düsseldorf and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
