Clearwater International advises WVV Wiesbaden Holding on acquisition of shares in Gaswerksverband Rheingau

Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to WVV Holding GmbH and the City of Wiesbaden on the acquisition of 24.5% of the shares in Gaswerksverband Rheingau AG from Thüga AG.

Gaswerksverband Rheingau AG is a local gas supplier in partial as well as adjacent areas of the City of Wiesbaden. With its own distribution network, the company currently serves around 21,000 customers, employs nearly 50 employees, and realised a turnover of approximately €74m in 2007.
