Clearwater International advises SUEZ on sale of BuS Elektronik
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to S.I. Finance S.A., a 100% subsidiary of SUEZ S.A., Paris, on the sale of its 49.6% limited partnership interest in BuS Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG to Management.
BuS Elektronik is an Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider for electronic boards, modules and systems. Customer industries include the automotive, IT and other industries. The business comprises of a manufacturing site in Eastern Germany with sales of approximately €54m in 2003. Following the acquisition, management will be the sole shareholder of the company.
