Clearwater International advises NORMA Group on acquisition of Breeze Industrial Products Corporation from Wind Point Partners
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to NORMA Group, Maintal, Germany, a portfolio company of 3i Group, and a leading manufacturer of connecting technology and fluid systems for automotive and industrial customers, on its acquisition of Breeze Industrial Products Corporation, United States, from US-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners.
Breeze is a leading designer and manufacturer of worm-drive and T-Bolt / V-Band hose clamps for applications in the heavy-duty truck, automotive and D&I industries. Breeze’s products are sold and distributed in more than 50 countries. The Breeze acquisition will further strengthen NORMA Group's position, increase its geographical reach and widen its product, industry and customer portfolio. The combined company will have worldwide sales of over €450m.
