Clearwater International advises NORD Holding and management on sale of Perrin to KITZ Corporation

Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH and management on its sale of Perrin GmbH to Tokyo listed KITZ Corporation.

Perrin GmbH is a manufacturer of standard and customised ball valves for industrial applications, with a leading technological position in metal sealing systems. The ball valves are used predominantly in production processes involving extreme temperature and pressure, such as in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and power generation industries. With 145 employees at its two production sites in Germany, Perrin generated sales of over €30m in 2009.

KITZ Corporation, based in Japan, manufactures and sells industrial valves and other flow control devices and related products.
