Clearwater International advises NORD Holding and Management on sale of GOEBEL

Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH and Management on the sale of GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH to IMS Deltamatic S.p.A. (Italy).

Based in Darmstadt, GOEBEL is a leading manufacturer of slitter rewinders. The company's production program includes rewinders for converting paper, plastic film and metal foil, and also re-reeling machines for the paper producing industry. GOEBEL is the technology leader and has sold more than 9.000 slitter rewinders worldwide. With sales of approximately €25m and an export rate above 90%, GOEBEL supplies the entire global market, China in particular.
