Clearwater International advises Francks Kylindustri on its sale to Segulah

Clearwater International has advised Francks Kylindustri on its sale to Segulah.

Francks Kylindustri is the market leading provider of industrial refrigeration in Sweden, with a turnover of €42.8m (SEK 450m). Founded in 1950, the company, , has 200 employees and a head office in Norrköping. Through its ten office locations, including Ludvika in the north, to Helsingborg in the south, Francks performs complex refrigeration installations across various industries.

Both the current chairman, Göran Franck, and CEO Per Hannius, will remain as owners together with Segulah.
