Clearwater International advises Findos Investor and management on acquisition of Ondal Industrietechnik from Procter & Gamble
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to Findos Investor GmbH on the acquisition of Ondal Industrietechnik GmbH, Germany, from Procter & Gamble Company / Wella AG.
With approximately 450 employees, Ondal generated consolidated sales in excess of €50m in 2006. Ondal is a leading manufacturer of pendant systems for medical and industrial equipment suppliers. In addition, the company is active in the field of sauna control systems, offers a range of professional hairdressing appliances and supplies bundling & taping machines to a variety of industries.
Wella AG is a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, an American multinational consumer goods company suppling a range of branded goods across the world.
