Since joining Clearwater in 2017, I have been providing financial debt advisory services to sponsors as well as corporates, guiding them through every stage of the transaction process. I am also responsible for the coverage of private equity houses as well as banks and debt funds. Prior to Clearwater, I worked at EY for over five years in various areas including Debt Advisory, Valuation & Business Modelling, and Financial Due Diligence. I completed my Master's and Bachelor of Science in Economics at Goethe University Frankfurt. Besides Clearwater, I spend most of my free time either with my wife and kids or doing sports, especially fitness or boxing.

I joined the Clearwater team in October 2021, with great enthusiasm to be part of such a global environment. I like to challenge myself and grow both personally and professionally, therefore, working next to the Partners and the execution team makes my job extremely dynamic and motivating. I hold a Degree in Communication and Innovation, before joining Clearwater, I worked in the media and merchandising sector for five years.

I recently re-joined Clearwater International as an Analyst after completing my internship with the company back in September 2020. I hold a BSc in Management and an MSc in Finance, both from the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto. Since re-joining Clearwater, I have had the opportunity to work with experienced professionals in M&A operations, while connecting my training with real-life experiences in Corporate Finance.

My interest in M&A was inspired early on and has led me to Clearwater where I, together with my skilled colleagues, can immerse myself in my passion on a daily basis. I am also actively involved in FinanceLab, a study organisation that focuses on the same area. The dynamic balance between work, studies and leisure engagement allows me to challenge and develop myself within the M&A field.

At Clearwater, each day brings new challenges and opportunities - I began my journey as an Apprentice Administrator in 2014 and have since advanced to the role of Office Manager and PA, being shortlisted for numerous awards along the way. I thoroughly enjoy working with the Manchester team and supporting them to achieve success at Clearwater.
