I am currently an Analyst within the Clearwater Milan team with a focus on the Healthcare and Industrial & Chemicals sectors. I graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milano in 2018 and I earned a master’s degree in finance at EADA Business School - Barcelona in 2020.

I am Chair & Co-Founder at Clearwater responsible for overall leadership and strategy. I led the creation of the UK business, which we founded in 2003. We set up Clearwater because we saw the need for quality independent advice, delivered from a business with scale and a focus on excellent client outcomes. My career has spanned restructuring, banking, and corporate finance. I have worked on all kinds of deals - IPO's, Private Equity, cross border exits, carve-outs and have been advising clients for over 30 years, My favourite transactions are when we put entrepreneurs and private equity together, which I must have done more than 100 times by now.

I joined Clearwater in January 2024, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton and after spending three years in the investment banking team at Zeus Capital. I’m currently a Senior Associate based in Manchester, working closely with all stakeholders in a transaction including founders, owner-managers, management teams, and private equity

I’m a Partner at Clearwater and lead the international Business Services team. I’ve been in M&A for nearly 20 years, always focused on advising entrepreneurs, founders and Private Equity clients. Since joining Clearwater in 2014 I’m proud to have delivered deals across the business services sector and have developed specific expertise in the Education and Training market.

I’ve spent my career working in corporate finance, both in New Zealand and the UK, predominantly advising OMBs and private equity firms. I joined Clearwater in 2022 and am currently an Associate Director in the UK Healthcare team.
