I have worked with a broad range of businesses within the healthcare, industrial and chemicals, and business services sectors since the establishment of Clearwater International’s office in Denmark. Throughout my career at Clearwater, I have advised both owner-managed and private equity held companies in a variety of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory transactions as well as representing or selling companies to corporates such as TC Group, Airteam, Controlled Polymers, Dominique Dutscher, Mölnlycke, HG Capital, Addtech, Storskogen, Americhem, CCL, Triton and Sweco. I have also acted as a buy-side advisor on complex cross-border transactions.

I am continuously motivated by building the business case together with my clients ensuring that the company is positioned to each potential buyer in the best possible way. Especially when dealing with a complicated issue, I enjoy being the calm and creative solution provider that enables a successful transaction for all parties. I am very personable and like to create a close and trustworthy atmosphere. I am extremely committed to each case and constantly strive to deliver the best possible solution for clients.

Prior to joining Clearwater, I worked for Deloitte Corporate Finance and as an Equity Analyst. I hold a MSc in Finance from Aarhus University.
