I joined Clearwater International’s Marseille office in 2022 as an Associate.

Prior to this, I spent five years in M&A at Capitalmind working on small and mid-cap transactions, including disposals, LBO, acquisitions and financing. I then moved to the Corporate team at Group SNEF, working across corporate control and external growth.

These experiences have given me the opportunity to support entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporates in a wide range of sectors, including industrials, food & agro, and business services.

My decision to join Clearwater International was based on the quality of its teams, international reach and ambitions across the Mediterranean region.

I also have a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Audencia Business School.
