Clearwater International has advised Latour and Serendipity on its sale of Diamorph to Epiris.
Diamorph is a supplier of advanced material solutions for extreme environments and demanding industrial applications. The company focuses on niche markets such as fire safety, motoring industry, rail, oil, gas and the marine sector.
The company has a global client base with sales in more than 60 countries and a total of 270 employees, which are mainly based in England and the Czech Republic.
Epiris is a London-based private equity firm with broad experience from owning industrial companies. Together with the company’s management, Epiris is hoping to contribute to the development of the company and provide opportunities for continued growth.
