Clearwater International advises Colisée Group on the acquisition of Bien à la Maison

Clearwater International has advised Colisée, on the acquisition of BALM.

Bien à la Maison has become the second largest national operator specialising in home support services for the elderly and operating in the commercial private sector, with a network of more than 50 agencies.

The company expects to achieve sales of approximately €48m in 2016.

Colisée Group is a leader in the care sector in France (retirement homes and post-operative and rehabilitation clinics).

Colisée plans to fulfill its mission of accompanying seniors at home using its expertise acquired in the EHPAD sector (Accommodation Establishments for Dependent Elderly Persons).
