Clearwater International advises Aspinalls Groups Limited on its sale to HFMC Wealth
Clearwater International has advised Aspinalls Group Limited (Aspinalls), a specialist financial planning practice, on its sale to HFMC Wealth (HFMC), a wealth planning and investment management provider to high net worth individuals and businesses.
Aspinalls advises over 100 families, many of whom have been clients for nearly four decades and, in some cases, over four generations. The deal will add to HFMC Wealth over £130m (€153m) of assets under advice and management.
Founded in 1986, HFMC Wealth is a Corporate Chartered Financial Planner and Independent Financial Adviser with offices in London and Weybridge. They are recognised as a Top 100 firm by New Model Adviser and the FT and have just been recognised as winner of the South East region by Citywire NMA for 2020. The business has over £1.4bn (€1.6bn) of assets under advice and management and offers both advisory and discretionary managed services.
