I am Associate Director at Clearwater International having joined in 2020 as an Analyst among the French mid-cap team.
I joined Clearwater International to broaden my sectorial expertise and I have found a dedicated team committed to provide our client tailored solutions.
During 6 years at Vedici and Elsan among the merger and acquisitions team, I have built a strong healthcare expertise through numerous acquisitions of Private Hospital, Real Estate, homecare or radiotherapy centres in France or Morocco. I also had the opportunity to buy and sell compagnies in distress situation.
I graduated from EDHEC Business School with a Master’s in Management and a Master of Science (MsC) in Capital Market. My cursus was also paced by the organisation of the EDHEC Sailing Cup, a major student sailing cup.
