Guillaume Fenni

I joined Clearwater in 2016 after working for Oddo Corporate Finance and for Crédit Agricole CIB in China. I have been involved in transactions across several sectors including: healthcare, with the disposal of C2S Group to the PE fund Eurazeo Patrimoine; real estate, with the acquisition of a portfolio of real-estate assets from ANF Immobilier; and business services, with the disposal of Crèches de France to Sodexo Group. I find the opportunity at Clearwater to help clients on various complex transactions, and working with a structured team of professionals, particularly rewarding and stimulating. I graduated from ESSEC Business School with the Advanced Master’s degree in Financial Techniques and a major in corporate finance.

Richard Ellis

I am a Director within the Clearwater Growth team. I joined Clearwater in 2014 having previously worked at BDO where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant. I’m a deal leader with a focus on TMT and have advised on a number of deals in the sector including Palatine Impact’s investment in e-days Absence Management and the sale of Union Square to Deltek Inc. I’ve also advised on a number of high-profile transactions outside of TMT including the sale of Westleigh to listed Countryside Properties plc and Sidhil to US corporate, Drive DeVilbiss.

At Clearwater, I've had the opportunity to advise on a wide variety of transactions and a range of clients, including owner-managers, institutional investors and large corporates, ensuring no two days are the same. A significant amount of effort and work goes into every transaction, often with numerous ups and downs along the way. It is often a life-changing event for our client so the feeling you get from completing a deal is a real highlight. 

I had the privilege of being awarded Young Dealmaker of the Year at the East Midlands Dealmakers Awards in 2018.

I joined Clearwater over nine years ago and am currently part of our deal team working primarily on growth transactions. I’ve advised on a range of both trade and PE deals, across a number of sectors including Healthcare, Consumer, Business Services, and Industrials.

Arturo Polesello Gregorini

After graduating with honours in Business Economics and Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and then earning a Master's degree in Finance with a specialisation in Quantitative Finance in France, I gained brief experience in the CIB division of Deutsche Bank in Milan. Since June 2023, I have been working as an Analyst at Clearwater, where I am actively involved in M&A transactions daily, both on the buy-side and sell-side, for entrepreneurs and private equity funds, as well as in Debt Advisory activities. Interacting daily with various counterparts, I am proactively involved in transactions through process management and providing support in identifying the most suitable strategic and financial choices for the client and their needs.

Stefan Sachsenhauser

As a member of the German management team, I am responsible for the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector in the DACH region. I support entrepreneurs and financial investors in the realisation of buy- and sell-side corporate transactions in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, health tech, and provider care sectors. Before joining Clearwater, I worked for KPMG and Ernst & Young in the area of Corporate Finance, Strategy and Transactions. In addition to my business degree, I am a certified accountant (IHK). As a passionate Bavarian and a true Munich native, I love the city and its enchanting Alpine foothills. I do a lot of sports in my spare time as a footballer, skier, and golfer. I also enjoy travelling to Italy, Spain, and Argentina.

Will Arnold

I am a Director in our Healthcare team and have spent my entire career working in Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A, advising private equity clients, publicly traded companies and privately owned companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

Mark Gillingham

I am currently a Director at Clearwater, where I have spent the last 10+ years. I have over 14 years of experience in the sector, previously working at EY. I specialise in Industrials & Chemicals transactions, with a particular focus on the Mobility and Energy Transition sectors.

Miquel Martí

I lead our international private equity service team at Clearwater International and I am a member of the international consumer and food & beverage sector teams. The consumer and the food & beverage sectors have been my focus for over 25 years, during which I have had international executive positions in several multinational corporates, in a global private equity firm and a partner role at Clearwater International, since its formation in 2014. With experience of being on both sides of a transaction, this allows me to have a hands-on approach to deal making and a good understanding of the strategic challenges mid-size companies face today. Furthermore, I use my knowledge of the private equity space to make connections and to create value for family-owned companies and management teams in need of a dynamic partner that supports their business plans. I enjoy meeting business owners to discuss their strategic challenges, to understand their particular needs and working with them to find ways to achieve their objectives. What makes me especially proud is to look back on the deals I have helped complete and see that the goals of our clients were realised and significant value was created for their businesses.

Sarah Taylor

I am a Business Services Partner at Clearwater and lead the Midlands team. I have been transacting in deals for nearly 30 years, focused on advising entrepreneurs, founders, and private equity clients. Since joining Clearwater in 2021, I have developed specific expertise in the professional services sector.
