As a founding Partner of Clearwater France, I lead the international real estate team and the healthcare sector in France. Since the inception of the company I have completed over 80 transactions with clients who return to us time and time again, and not only rely on Clearwater for sound M&A advice, but trust us to take care of all their corporate issues. In line with the values of Clearwater, I’m very considerate of the needs of my clients, their targets and their environment in order to find solutions which exceed their expectations. I started my career at Vivendi (formerly Generale des Eaux) before setting up an advisory company (Auxiliaire de Finance) where I advised anglo-saxon funds in acquisitions of non-performing loan portfolios. I went on to join Close Brothers and developed the company as a MD and CEO. In 10 years, Close Brothers became a major player in the mid-market M&A segment with strong exposure in leisure, healthcare and real estate.

I have over 20 years of experience advising mid-market corporates and sponsors on raising, refinancing, amending and restructuring debt facilities. Before joining Clearwater, I was a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey (formerly GCA Altium), where I was jointly responsible for establishing the UK Debt Advisory practice in 2014. Before my advisory roles, I held a number of positions at Barclays, latterly in the Leveraged Finance team. Prior to banking, I was an Engineer at Rolls Royce. I’m pleased to be part of the Clearwater team, as we share the same enthusiasm for providing the best advice to our clients. It’s an exciting time for the partnership, which has seen a strong increase in deal volume, size and complexity, and has demonstrated commitment to continue its successful growth. I’m a graduate of the University of Nottingham where I obtained my degree in Productions and Operations Management BSc (Hons).
