Hertej Rattan

I started my career within audit at Ernst & Young, where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before joining the leveraged finance team at Lloyds Banking Group in 2011.

I subsequently joined Clearwater's Debt Advisory team in 2017, focused on supporting private equity and management teams across a variety of financing requirements.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit and spending quality time with my two young kids, who keep me busy as their personal taxi!

Giulia Invernizzi

I joined the Clearwater team in October 2021, with great enthusiasm to be part of such a global environment. I like to challenge myself and grow both personally and professionally, therefore, working next to the Partners and the execution team makes my job extremely dynamic and motivating. I hold a Degree in Communication and Innovation, before joining Clearwater, I worked in the media and merchandising sector for five years.

Filipa Fontão

I recently re-joined Clearwater International as an Analyst after completing my internship with the company back in September 2020. I hold a BSc in Management and an MSc in Finance, both from the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto. Since re-joining Clearwater, I have had the opportunity to work with experienced professionals in M&A operations, while connecting my training with real-life experiences in Corporate Finance.

Fernando Cogollos

I joined Clearwater International in January 2020 as an Analyst, supporting the M&A Team across the wide variety of industries we cover. I chose to join the Firm because of its leading market position and multi-sector expertise as well as its challenging and dynamic environment. Prior to joining Clearwater, I worked for two years as a member of the Investment Management Team at Gestamp Automoción and performed an internship at Fiat-Chrysler in the Finance Department. I hold a Degree in Business Administration and Management with a major in Finance and a Master´s Degree in International Project Management, both from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).

Zack Goddard

Having previously spent four years at PwC, I joined the Clearwater M&A team in Manchester in 2017. I am currently a Director within the Industrials team and lead our UK efforts within the Infrastructure Services market covering specialist Utility, Renewable, Highway, Rail and Telecom services as well as Equipment as a Service. My recent notable transactions include the sale of OCU Group to Triton, the sale of Road Traffic Solutions to Equistone backed BUKO and the sale of WJ Group to THI.

Rebecca Ferrami

I joined Clearwater in 2017 as an Office Manager, responsible for a wide range of tasks including internal and international communications, supporting human resources, and providing assistance to all partners and team members. I really enjoy working for Clearwater, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting all organisational matters. I love being a point of reference in the Milan office and having the opportunity to work closely with the International Marketing team. I always look forward to developing my skills and learning something new.

Joshua Adesoba

I joined Clearwater in November 2023, as an IT Executive in the Manchester office. Prior to this, I worked for David Luke Ltd. as a Systems Administrator for their IT team. I also completed a degree apprenticeship in IT Consultancy at Manchester Metropolitan University, while working at Stockport Council from 2017-2021. I've been involved in different IT roles over the years, from web design to programming to IT support, and I'm excited to continue developing my skills in a team full of leading industry professionals.

John Haygarth

I’m an Associate Director, based in the Leeds office. I joined Clearwater in 2021 as part of the Business Services sector team and have worked in M&A since 2017, advising clients on a wide range of transactions involving private equity and strategic trade acquirers across both buy-side and sell-side. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running around after my two young children and walking the dog. I’m also a big sports fan and enjoy watching Liverpool when the time allows.

Henrik Falkenby

I joined Clearwater International in 2017 and I am based in the Stockholm office. Since joining Clearwater, I have had the opportunity to advise both entrepreneurs and corporates in transactions across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining the business, I worked as a management consultant in Paris, focusing on Commercial Due diligence for private equity clients in M&A transactions and advising large corporates on strategic M&A projects. I hold an MSc in Energy, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School in London.
