I’m a pure M&A professional since I started working in 1995, initially at Deloitte Corporate Finance, then progress at Robert W.Baird for a while and finally became one of the founding partners at Clearwater Spain, where I really enjoy leading both the TMT and Business Service practices in my country coordinating a bunch of outstanding and challenging professionals. Before joining Clearwater in 2001, I worked as Managing Director at Granville Baird Investment Banking Spain, and as Manager at Deloitte, in its corporate finance division. In that regard, I have successfully closed over 40 national and cross-border deals in multiple sectors. At Clearwater, I have led over 30 transactions worth a total value of more than €900,0m. These include the acquisition of Vector Software Factory by its management from Banco Santander, the acquisition of Walter Martinez by RECA Group (Würth) and the acquisition of Diode by GTI, among others. I have the strong conviction that our M&A practice brings tremendous value and satisfaction to our clients, especially since many of them ask for our services again, several years after we concluded a deal together.
