Jeg kom til Clearwater direkte fra universitetet med min cand.merc. i finansiering. Jeg har lært M&A-håndværket helt fra bunden og har haft samtlige tænkelige roller i et M&A-team. Jeg har altid fundet IT spændende, og som ansvarlig for vores interne IT har jeg haft stor succes med at genstarte diverse devices. Min kærlighed til IT førte til, at jeg blev Head of TMT i Danmark i 2014, og jeg har siden gennemført flere end 35 Tech-transaktioner. Jeg har været partner i Clearwater siden 2009 og en del af den internationale bestyrelse siden 2020.

Anton Berzelius

I joined Clearwater International as an Analyst at the Stockholm office in the Spring of 2021. Before joining Clearwater, I worked for the Transaction Services team at Alvarez & Marsal for almost two years, where I advised on M&A deals for PE and strategic buyers/sellers in various industries. My sector strengths include power & utilities, SaaS, consulting services and retail. Parallel to my studies I also worked as CFO for two business groups, operating within facility management and the MedTech space. I hold a BSc in Business & Economics and an MSc in Accounting, Valuation and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics. I also hold an MSc of Law from Stockholm University, with a specialisation in International Tax Law and Financial Market Law.

Rasmus Østergaard

I joined Clearwater International in May 2017, having previously worked for Arla Foods as an Intern, Aarhus University as a teacher and Jyske Bank within capital management. I wanted to join Clearwater partly because of its good reputation as a great workplace and partly because I saw a great opportunity to develop my skills within finance and strategy. Since joining I have broadened my commercial, as well as my financial understanding and learned how to apply this to M&A advisory. Over the years I have gained transaction experience across a wide range of industries including industrials & chemicals, TMT, healthcare and consumer. Additionally, I have worked with a variety of both owner-managed and private equity held companies, such as Golf Experten, Holiday Group Invest, Controlled Polymers, and Graphic West. The wide range of industry and client type experience has been an important learning curve in my career journey so far and is extremely valuable when working on new projects. The dynamic team culture at Clearwater International is another motivating factor, as every day you’re surrounded by inspirational people that are always willing to help you develop further. I hold an MSc in Finance and International Business, which I obtained from Aarhus University.

Emmanuel Xerri

I founded the Clearwater team in Marseilles over 20 years ago. The Mediterranean region has many up-and-coming businesses which we are ideally placed to advise given our close proximity. I started my career in the corporate finance department of PwC and then joined EY. Following this I co-developed the activities of Edmond de Rothschild in Marseille for five years. Over the years, I have supported small and medium-sized companies that have sometimes become large corporations. The diversity of the transactions I have advised on makes me a generalist, or rather a multi-specialist across various sectors including business services, healthcare, industrials, specialised distribution, and TMT. More recently, I advised on the various build-up operations as well as the primary and secondary LBOs of the Cogepart Group, the French leader in last mile delivery. I also advised Hôpital Privée La Casamance on the merger with the Almaviva group and the entry of FrenchFood Capital into Markal, a major player in the organic food sector. Today, Clearwater International is ideally positioned to accompany clients through the increasingly rapid changes in the market, remaining adaptable and utilising our sector specialists in both our French and international teams to meet client goals.

I have spent my entire career advising a varied base of owner-managed businesses, private equity, and corporate clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions. I began my advisory career with EY back in 2015 and I’m currently an Associate Director at Clearwater, having joined the TMT team in 2024.
