I joined Clearwater International as an Analyst in September 2023, following the completion of my studies. I hold a MSc in Finance and BSc in Management, both from Católica Porto Business School. During this time, I also had the opportunity to study abroad at Kedge Business School, in France. At Clearwater, I’ve been able to put into practice the knowledge acquired during my academic journey and develop my expertise with an outstanding and supportive team.

Joel Ejdesjö

I started at Clearwater in 2022 after graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics. Since joining the firm, I have had the privilege to work on numerous deals across multiple sectors, such as Industrials, Business Services and TMT. A selection of transactions that I have been involved in includes the fast-growing IT consultancy Agreat sold to Broviken and the sale of the school administration SaaS platform Vklass to Visma. Before joining Clearwater and in parallel to my studies I gained valuable experience from several different internships, within Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory, at Orlando Capital, SEB Corporate Finance, Infranode and Teal Capital, where I was involved with investments and transactions across a variety of sub-sectors. I hold a BSc in Business and Economics and an MSc in Finance, both from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Richard Corrie

I joined Clearwater in 2017, and I am an Associate Director within our Industrials & Chemicals team. My role is to understand the evolving market dynamics within the industrial sector. This includes staying up to date with M&A activity, having insight into valuation drivers, and building relationships with leading corporate acquirers. During my time at Clearwater, I have had the opportunity to work on a number of highly successful transactions, supporting businesses across a range of sub-sectors. I enjoy working with high-quality businesses and helping to deliver positive outcomes during the sales process.

John Haygarth

I’m an Associate Director, based in the Leeds office. I joined Clearwater in 2021 as part of the Business Services sector team and have worked in M&A since 2017, advising clients on a wide range of transactions involving private equity and strategic trade acquirers across both buy-side and sell-side. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running around after my two young children and walking the dog. I’m also a big sports fan and enjoy watching Liverpool when the time allows.

Carolina Nunes

After completing my internship in January 2024, I joined the Clearwater International team as an Analyst.  I have a master’s degree in Finance from Católica Porto Business School and two bachelor's degrees in Management and Economics from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. I also had the opportunity to study in Poland through Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku.  At Clearwater, I have the chance to place the knowledge I've acquired into practice, as well as the opportunity to relate to real experiences and work with exceptional professionals.
