I joined Clearwater’s Marseille office in 2022 as an Associate. Prior to this, I spent five years in M&A at Capitalmind working on small and mid-cap transactions, including disposals, LBO, acquisitions and financing. I then moved to the Corporate team at Group SNEF, working across corporate control and external growth. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporates in a wide range of sectors, including industrials, food & agro, and business services. My decision to join Clearwater International was based on the quality of its teams, international reach and ambitions across the Mediterranean region. I also have a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Audencia Business School.

I’m a Senior Associate within the Deal Origination team at Clearwater, based in our Leeds office. I previously worked for a buy-side origination business for four years before making the move to Clearwater in March 2022. With a focus on the Tech and Healthcare sectors, my role is to build relationships with shareholders/management teams to understand their strategic ambitions, and maintain relationships with the private equity and professional communities.
