I joined Clearwater in August 2021. My focus is on the Automotive & Mobility sector, but I also support our team in other sectors. Clearwater offers exciting challenges every day, each client has different needs, which makes each project unique. The exchange with our international offices is particularly interesting in the context of our cross-border transactions. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, whether snowboarding in the mountains or on the golf course. I am a big fan of Indian cuisine and like to educate myself in the areas of technology and programming.

I am a Director at Clearwater International. Since joining in 2014, I have been involved in several cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in sectors such as automotive and food & beverage. I have previously worked in audit and controlling in a cardboard & packaging company. I hold a degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Porto. After graduating in August 2020, I joined Clearwater and have since then supported our Automotive & Mobility as well as Tech team in the execution of M&A projects for a variety of clients. I enjoy being faced with interesting challenges in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and working alongside an international network of experienced industry experts. I have a Master's degree in Management from IE Business School in Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Maastricht University. During previous internships at BNP Paribas and PwC Malaysia, among others, I was able to gain further experience in the field of finance. Despite my roots in the far north (Hamburg), I enjoy spending my free time in the mountains, be it hiking in summer or skiing in winter.
