Clearwater International Denmark appoints Jesper Agerholm as Partner
Clearwater International is delighted to announce the appointment of Jesper Agerholm as Partner.
With a strong track record of both domestic and international transactions, as well as private equity deals, Jesper has vast experience in strategic, tactical, and financial advice within M&A.
Jesper joined Clearwater International in 2014 and holds an MSc in Finance from Aarhus University. He has completed a series of transactions within the business services, healthcare, and industrials sectors, having advised recently advised Blue Equity and Chrispa on the sale of Controlled Polymers to US-based Americhem, M&J Airlaid Products on its sale to Mölnlycke, and the sale of Årstiderne Arkitekter to Sweco.
