As part of a strategy to become a stronger and Iberian player, Quimitecnica.com decided to grow through an acquisition in Spain
Clearwater International has advised Quimitecnica.com’s board in the identification and acquisition of Cofarcas, a Spanish chemical distribution company located in Burgos, Spain.
