Clearwater International UK advises Grayce Britain on its investment from Literacy Capital

Clearwater International has advised the shareholders of Grayce Britain (Grayce), a leading business change consultancy firm, on securing a significant investment from investment company Literacy Capital.

Founded in 2012, Grayce specialises in recruiting and training leading graduates, and deploying them into leading blue-chip organisations across the country, to help to deliver critical business change projects. The business has over 120 analysts placed across clients in a number of sectors, including financial services and pharmaceuticals.

Grayce has demonstrated impressive growth and developed a strong reputation which is reflected both in the high levels of repeat business from its blue-chip client base, and the 500 graduate intake applications it receives each week.

Literacy Capital will support Grayce by strengthening the management team and Board with individuals from their network. Peter Busby, one of the Founders of Grayce, will remain as CEO.
