Clearwater International advises Sutton Harbour Group Plc on raising finance to support the development of luxury waterfront apartments

Clearwater International has advised Sutton Harbour Group Plc (SHG), the owner and operator of Plymouth’s historic waterfront, Sutton Harbour, on raising finance to support the development of Harbour Arch Quay.

SHG is an award-winning waterfront regeneration specialist which owns and operates the harbour, as well as Sutton Harbour Marina and Plymouth Fisheries. They are the primary landowner and developer of major residential, office and leisure schemes in Plymouth’s historic centerpiece which have transformed the historic waterfront quarter into one of the UK’s finest visitor destinations.

The group has been listed on AIM since 1996 and is committed to the regeneration of Plymouth's waterfront, where it has already delivered six major regeneration schemes around Sutton Harbour.

Debt facilities were provided by Atelier Capital Partners to support the development of the Harbour Arch Quay scheme. The scheme will be a striking new addition to the Sutton Harbour waterfront with a limited collection of 14 two and three bed apartments, including two penthouses, enjoying views over Sutton Harbour Marina and Plymouth Sound.
