Clearwater International advises Starfoods on €5m debt restructuring
Restaurant chain Starfoods has successfully restructured €5m of financial debt, in a deal advised by Clearwater International.
Starfoods was established in 1993 and is one of the most recognised restaurant chains in shopping centre food courts in Portugal, known for owning the brands "Companhia das sandes", "Loja das Sopas", "Farm" and "SelFish". The business is currently owned by private equity firm Explorer.
Clearwater International was invited to advise the company on the restructuring.
