Clearwater International advises Gausepohl on the acquisition of two meat processing companies
Clearwater International has advised Gausepohl Food GmbH on its acquisition of two meat processing companies, MJM Meatprocessing & Handels GmbH (MJM) and SFW Schildauer Fleisch- und Wurstwaren GmbH (SFW), and subsequent financing.
MJM are specialists in processing pig heads, whilst SFW produce sausages and other meats under a local brand.
The acquisition marks the creation of a platform for acquiring further meat processing companies.
Clearwater advised on all aspects of the two acquisitions along fully integrated parallel processes.
