Clearwater International advises Autograph Homes on raising acquisition finance for two residential developments
Clearwater International’s Debt Advisory team has advised Autograph Homes, a housebuilder that builds distinctive residential developments, on raising development finance from Shawbrook Bank, to support the development of a scheme of houses in Totterdown, Bristol.
Autograph Homes is an independently-owned housebuilder, which builds homes in desirable locations across the South West of England.
Clearwater International raised debt facilities from Shawbrook Bank to support the acquisition of the site in Bristol and fund the construction costs required for the build.
