I joined Clearwater International in 2005, after finishing my Master’s degree in Finance at Aarhus University and have since worked my way up from Analyst to Partner and Head of TMT in Scandinavia.

Since joining Clearwater I’ve completed over 50 deals and it has been a privilege to have worked with many different personalities and learned what has made each of them successful. Clients span a variety of sectors and within TMT include SaaS, enterprise software as well as managed services for private and public cloud. Some highlights include advising Zitcom on its sale to HgCapital, the sale of IT Relation to Adelis equity and subsequently HgCapital’s acquisition of IT Relation.

I have always had a strong interest in M&A and find it rewarding helping clients achieving the best solution possible. I am highly motivated by being part of a winning team, and have found that being a part of Clearwater International.
