Clearwater International advises Primonial REIM on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio of 12 healthcare assets
Clearwater International has advised the leading real estate investor, Primonial REIM, on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio of 12 healthcare assets, from BNP Paribas REIM.
The 12 assets have a total surface area of just over 78,600 sqm, with a capacity of more than 1,340 beds, through diversified activities including MCO clinics, SSR and psychiatric clinics, and nursing homes.
The assets are located in the regions of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Centre-Val de Loire, Hauts-de-France, Ile-de-France, Normandie, and Occitanie et Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur. They are operated by Korian and Ramsay Santé, two leading tenants in the healthcare market in Europe, under long-term fixed leases.
This acquisition allows Primonial REIM to strengthen its ambition to finance quality real estate infrastructures in France and Europe, further consolidating its partnership with leading healthcare operators.
