Clearwater International advises Novabase on its sale of COLLAB to Netadmin

Clearwater International has advised Novabase, a specialist in software development on its sale of Collab - Soluções Informáticas de Comunicação e Collaboração (Collab), a contact centre solutions provider to Netadmin System i Sverige AB (Netadmin) a Swedish software solutions business specialised in the fiber Operation Support System (OSS) market.

Founded in 2003, Collab is a provider of mission critical multi-media contact centre solutions including on-premise contact centres, contact centres as a service, and cloud PBX solutions, provided to telecommunications services providers and contact centre solution providers worldwide. In 2007, Novabase invested in Collab to facilitate growth which allowed the business to expand internationally, including direct entry into several countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and to establish an international partner network. Today Collab has over 500 customers worldwide, 35,000 live concurrent contact centre agents on the system, and over 70 partners in 40 countries that market, sell and operate Collab solutions locally.

Found in 2004, Netadmin, provides operational support systems to communication service providers launching fiber networks. The company is owned by Toronto-based Volaris Group (Volaris), an operating group of software service provider Constellation Software Inc, whose philosophy is to acquire, strengthen and grow vertical market technology companies.
