Profile

I’m an Director at Clearwater International having joined the business in 2017. I’m based in the Frankfurt office, currently focusing on debt advisory and deals within the energy & utilities sector.

Prior to joining Clearwater, I worked at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG in the M&A team as well as the Leveraged and Structured Finance departments with focus on buy-out financings as well as sophisticated corporate lending transactions. I started my career at UBS in the mid-cap M&A team working on a number of sell- and buy-side mandates in various sectors.

I learned the basics of banking during my apprenticeship as a bank clerk at a savings bank in Germany. I gained my Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt and the Dublin Business School in Ireland. During my study program I spent two months working for UBS’s business development department in Hong Kong, China.
